We are seeking experienced distribution professionals to provide independent third-party safety oversight for ongoing utility construction and maintenance operations. This role is designed for professionals who understand distribution work at a technical level and can engage crews constructively while maintaining authority and independence. Oversight professionals will provide behavioral-based observations, document findings using advanced technology platforms to identify leading indicators and support continuous safety performance improvement.
Responsibilities
- Deploy within 24 hours of activation
- Perform overhead and underground line restoration
- Operate bucket trucks and digger derricks safely
- Maintain detailed restoration logs
Requirements
- Journeyman Lineman certification
- Valid CDL Class A license
- 5+ years field restoration experience
- Willing to travel on 24-hour notice
